Thank you for registering for Good News 360.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Registration:

Cancellations made on or after 1st August to 1st September will receive a full refund minus a 500/- processing fee.

Cancellations made after 1 September will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made on or after 1st October before the conference start date are non-refundable.

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at info@goodnews360.org no later than 1st October or before the conference start date. Please provide the name and contact information of the person substituting for you.

Event Cancellation or Postponement
If Good News 360 is canceled or postponed by the organizers, you will be offered a full refund of the registration fee or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled event. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including travel and accommodation.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@goodnews360.org with your registration details. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
