Good News 360 is an annual church leaders' conference that has been gathering pastors, missionaries, professors, and ministry workers across India since 1985. Over four decades, we have grown into one of India's most trusted platforms for expository Biblical training and ministerial fellowship.
The conference is rooted in a simple conviction: the local church is built and sustained by the faithful preaching of God's Word. Every session, every discussion, and every prayer time is designed to return leaders to the Scriptures — deeply, practically, and with life-changing accountability.
We are organised and supported by a family of like-minded ministries committed to the same mission — reaching India with the Gospel and raising the next generation of Bible-saturated leaders.

Good News 360 is a national leadership development initiative of Good News Bible College & Seminary, focused on equipping pastors and church leaders through structured, church-based theological training across India.
Good News 360 is more than a training program. It is a complete approach to developing believers for life and ministry. We do not only provide foundational theological education — we equip the whole person for ministry.
Our training serves Bible students, evangelists, deacons, pastors, and church leaders at every stage of ministry.
The Meaning of 360

The "360" represents a complete and ongoing process. It is not a circle that ends. It is a cycle that continues.
When leaders face discouragement or drift, they return to the same foundation where they first began. From there, they grow again with deeper understanding and renewed strength.

360 Objectives
- Training Leaders — Through Good News Bible College and Seminary, equip Nationals to reach the Nation. Expand church-based mentoring and leadership training.
- Strategic Mission Partnerships — Develop sister church relationships, formulate strategic plans, and activate short-term mission projects.
- Resources — Provide needed resources to member pastors — teaching, training, and curriculum materials by establishing teaching sites.
- Church Planting — Identify new church plant locations, encourage church planters, and seek joint participation by members.
- Funding — Increase funding for missionary appointees and future church planters, and conduct yearly pastors conferences.

Our Students
Our students are from age group 30–75 years, coming from various church denominations and backgrounds. They bring valuable secular studies and work experience to our community.
Classes run from early January through December
3-semester annual course (290+ hours instruction)
Extended studies available up to 5 years
Our Methodology
- Systematic Theology Focus — Comprehensive biblical education emphasizing sound doctrine
- Verse-by-Verse Study — Chronological walk through Scripture to demonstrate biblical continuity and God's unfolding plan
- Gospel Mission Outreach — Students share the Gospel publicly through outdoor mission work
- House Church Planting — Encourage students to establish new house churches in unreached areas

Our Conviction: Seminary faculty have earned degrees from a variety of Bible fundamental institutions and possess years of ministry experience.
